The Reds rallied late against St. Louis closer Ryan Franklin to tie the game at 6, but Mike Lincoln and company couldn't hold off the Cardinal charge in the bottom of the ninth losing for the 3rd straight night. Joey Votto and Javy Valentin both had homers in the ballgame.
