Redsfest Tickets On Sale Today!

Redsfest tickets go on sale today on the Reds official website! All of the details can be found here at

The main points:
  •  "Tickets to the annual Redsfest fan festival at Duke Energy Convention Center on Dec. 2-3 will go on sale Wednesday at, by phone at 513-381-REDS or at the Great American Ball Park box office and Ticketmaster outlets."
  • "The festival will take place Dec. 2 from 4-10:30 p.m. ET and Dec. 3 from 11 a.m.-6:30 p.m. One-day tickets are $17 for adults and $7 for kids 12 and younger. Two-day tickets are $25 for adults and $12 for kids."
If you are a Reds fan this is a must do at some point in your life, and what better time than now. You can meet and talk to players, get their autographs, and get your picture taken with them. There is going to be a talent show, and Walt Jocketty and Dusty Baker will cover the Reds Hot Stove Report. There will also be tons of stuff for the kiddos to enjoy, including the kids-only press conference, as well as the opportunity to get signed up and become members of the Reds Heads Kids Club. If you're looking for merchandise or memorabilia there will be auctions for bats, ball, jerseys and all kinds of Reds stuff. If you like poker there's the Reds Community Fund Celebrity Poker Tournament on December 3rd.

Reds' President and CEO Bob Castellini said it best, "Redsfest continues to be the best fanfest across all of Major League Baseball. There is no better way for fans of all ages to get up close and personal with all their favorite current and former Reds players and broadcasters."

I doubt anyone is more excited for Redsfest than @jimmiadair is, but there is certainly a buzz around Cincinnati considering this team won the NL Central in 2010, and still has a mess of talent up and down its roster. Many Reds fans were upset at the lack of moves made by the Reds in 2011 and word is that there should be some trades made this offseason to help bolster the young talent already on this roster. Anyways, this is your chance to meet much of that talent and celebrate the Cincinnati Reds and the greatest baseball town in America!
