Let's Go #Redsmas Caroling: Day 3

What would Redsmas be if we didn't take a look at what's going on in the National League Central leading up to 2012 Opening Day? Reds' fans have been given much hope by the events that have occurred, including Albert Pujols leaving, Prince Fielder likely leaving Milwaukee as well, and Ryan Braun facing a potential 50 game suspension. The Cubs got a hold of Theo Epstein, but they don't figure to compete in 2012. The Pirates have made several mid-level signings and were a surprise early last year, but it IS the Pirates. Houston is hopeless, but they got a new owner and will be moving to the American League West in 2013, hardly making a whimper in the Central in 2012. I don't usually like to hate on other teams (except maybe St. Louis) but let's spread a little Redsmas cheer to our NL Central foes with a few of the following carols which poke a little fun at their offseason misfortunes. (No harm, no foul)

Angels We Have Heard On High
The Angels we have heard on high
Signed Pujols to get some wins.
And the Brewers in reply,
Signed Ramirez, not their Prince.

Bruuuuuce! Can't wait for Opening Day-o.
Bruuuuuce! Can't wait for Opening Day-o.
I don't need to include any music or lyrics for you to sing along with this timeless classic.

Jingle Bells (NL Central Version)
Jingle Bells! Carpenter smells!
The Cardinals laid an egg.
The Brew Crew lost out on their Prince
And Pujols got away! Hey!

Jingle Bells! Pittsburgh fails!
The Cubs will never win.
Houston's going to the AL West
And the Reds will win again! Hey!
