Another article on Votto's future

Is Votto getting annoyed by all the speculation as much
as we are?

Reds first baseman Joey Votto is still two full seasons away from potential free agency, however that hasn't deterred a multitude of curious onlookers from speculating about his future. After the offseason circus that was the rumors leading up to the signings of Albert Pujols and Prince Fielder, Votto's eventual landing spot is now the most popular topic among the baseball world.

ESPN's David Schoenfield offers up his take on the situation by giving six teams who he believes will be the best suitors for Votto's services come the end of '13 -- and shield your eyes Reds fans because his current team wasn't one of them. Those teams listed are the Chicago Cubs, Seattle Mariners, Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers and (gulp) the St. Louis Cardinals.

If you have a moment, I'd highly recommend his reasoning for each club by checking out his original post.: "Joey Votto's future: Early speculation".

In your opinion, what kind of a percentage would you give Cincinnati in keeping him beyond 2013?
