MINOR details 4/16/2012: Frazier has big night for Bats, then gets promoted

Frazier is surely happy after a Bats' win
and a promotion to the big league club.
Louisville 7 Columbus 4
-Jeff Francis (1-1) held the Clippers to just two earned runs in six innings, as the Bats (5-7) won. J.J. Hoover continues to impress as he struck out two in a perfect inning to pick up his fourth save.
-LF Todd Frazier was 2-3 with a double and three RBI. He was also called up to Cincinnati on Tuesday. 1B Daniel Dorn had two hits and an RBI. 3B Chris Valaika had a triple and an RBI. CF Denis Phipps and 2B Kris Negron each had an RBI.

Jacksonville 5 Pensacola 4 (13 innings)
-Pensacola (7-5) lost in extras Monday night. Starter Curtis Partch went 5.2 innings, allowed three earned and striking out six. Donnie Joseph threw another 1.1 scoreless innings, and still has not allowed a run on the season. Luis Atilano (0-1) was saddled with the loss, pitching three innings and giving up a 13th inning run.
-3B Henry Rodriguez went 2-6 with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored. 1B Mike Costanzo had two hits and an RBI. RF Yordanys Perez had an RBI as well.

Bakersfield 4 Visalia 2
-Daniel Renken made a great start for the Blaze (4-7) striking out eight, while surrendering just four hits and two earned runs over seven innings. Jamie Walczak threw a scoreless eighth, and Wilkin De La Rosa (1) got the save with a scoreless ninth.
-1B Donald Lutz hit a solo home run. In his first game, LF Juan Duran went 2-4 with an RBI. C Tucker Barnhart and RF Bryson Smith each had an RBI. SS Billy Hamilton went 2-5 with a double and a run scored, and also stole his 10th base.

Dayton 9 Fort Wayne 3
-The Dragons (5-6) won after a six inning outing from Justice French (2-1) where he allowed just two earned runs and four hits. Jimmy Moran struck out two in a scoreless inning.
-RF Kyle Waldrop had a double and a triple, with three ribeyes. 2B Ryan Wright chipped in two hits and an RBI. 3B Junior Arias and C Nick O'Shea contributed an RBI, and scored two runs each.
