-The Bats (7-13) lost after a rough outing from Andrew Brackman (1-3), who surrendered five earned runs in 5.2 innings. Carlos Fisher recovered from walking four in 1.1 innings to allow no runs, and Nick Christiani pitched a scoreless inning.
-2B Kris Negron had a hit, an RBI, and a stolen base. LF Felix Perez also had a hit and an RBI. RF Danny Dorn went 1-3 with a solo home run.
Montgomery 7 Pensacola 4
-The Blue Wahoos (9-11) lost Tuesday night with starter J.C. Sulbaran (1-2) having his worst start of the year. He took the loss, giving up seven earned runs in 4.2 innings. Chris Manno and Wirfin Obispo held the Biscuits scoreless over the final 3.1 innings.
-2B Brodie Greene went 1-3 with a double and an RBI. 3B Henry Rodriguez and SS Didi Gregorius each got an RBI as well.
Blaze 6 Stockton 4
-Tuesday's victory was the ninth in a row for the Blaze (12-7). Josh Smith (1-2) struck out nine over 5.2 innings, allowing three earned runs. Blaine Howell tossed 1.1 scoreless, and Daniel Wolford picked up his second save with a perfect ninth.
-SS Billy Hamilton went 2-5 with a triple, a run scored, and his 19th stolen base. DH Travis Mattair hit a two-run bomb in the sixth. 2B Devin Lohman and CF Bryson Smith each knocked in a run.
Dayton 3 Cedar Rapids 2
-Tanner Robles (2-0) was the winner for the Dragons (10-9) giving up just two hits and one earned run over six innings. Ryan Kemp added a scoreless inning and Carlos Contreras got the final two outs for his second save.
-2B Ryan Wright had a big night going 3-3, with two triples, an RBI and a run. RF Kyle Waldrop had two hits and an RBI. 1B Danny Vicioso had the other RBI.
