Looking at the Reds top prospects after April; Billy Hamilton still blazing

I know we keep using his picture, but Billy Hamilton has earned it.

Billy Hamilton of the Bakersfield Blaze is still really, really good and he is really, really fast. He currently has 29 stolen bases in just 23 games. His teammate, Tony Cingrani continues to look dominant as a starter, lowering his ERA to 0.39. Double-A closer Donnie Joseph did not allow a run in the month of April for Pensacola. Neftali Soto is starting to heat up for the Bats. J.J. Hoover was promoted to the big league club with the news that Bill Bray was going to the DL. To check last week's review, go here. Here you go. Notes
#3 RHP Robert Stephenson has yet to throw a pitch in an actual game for the Reds organization. He was the Reds' 2011 first-round pick and signed right at the deadline, thus keeping him out of late 2011 action. He's expected to start at the rookie level, which begins play in late June.
