-Brett Tomko gave us two earned runs over five innings for the Bats (9-17). Josh Judy (1-1) blew the save and took the loss allowing two earned in two innings, including the walk-off run in the bottom of the 10th.
-SS Kris Negron went 2-5 with a triple, a solo home run, and two runs scored. DH Danny Dorn added a solo shot, and DH Mike Costanzo had two hits and an RBI. 2B Chris Valaika knocked in a run also.
Pensacola 5 Jackson 4 (10 innings)
-The Blue Wahoos (12-14) walked off in the 10th to beat the Generals. Starter Tim Gustafson went four innings, giving up four earned. Wirfin Obispo threw three perfect innings in relief. Justin Freeman hurled one scoreless, and Donnie Joseph (3-0) got the win hurling two scoreless innings. He has still not allowed a run this year.
-CF Ryan LaMarre had a double and an RBI. Newly-signed C Koyie Hill was 2-5 with a double, an RBI and a run. LF Cody Puckett was the man with three hits, including a solo homer and three RBI one of which was the game winner. He also scored two runs.
Lancaster 5 Bakersfield 4
-The Blaze (14-10) lost their third in a row after winning 11 straight. Josh Smith (1-3) surrendered three earned over five innings. Jamie Walczak struck out four over two scoreless. Blaine Howell also tossed a scoreless inning.
-SS Billy Hamilton went 2-4 with a double and
The Dayton Dragons (12-13) were off on Tuesday, but will go back into battle Wednesday at home against the Lake County Captains.
