MINOR details 5/21/12: Blue Wahoos, Blaze, Dragons win; Bats lose in 13

Lutz had another huge game for Bakersfield.
Lehigh Valley 7 Louisville 6 (13 innings)
-Chad Reineke gave up six earned runs on eight hits in four innings for the Bats (15-31). An array of pitchers held the IronPigs scoreless over the next eight innings, including Scott Carroll (2.1), Carlos Fisher (0.2), Kanekoa Texeira (2.0), Nick Christiani (1.0), and Josh Judy (2.0). Travis Webb (2-2) only got one out before allowing the walk-off home run in the 13th.
-SS Kris Negron was 2-7, scoring two runs and hitting a solo home run (4). 1B-3B Neftali Soto had a pair of hits and a pair of RBI. LF Danny Dorn hit a three-run homer in the fifth for his sixth of the year. 3B Chris Valaika went 3-5 with a double, and a stolen base. The Bats don't get much rest as they are back at it Tuesday morning at 10:35am local time before a much needed day off Wednesday.

Pensacola 4 Jacksonville 1
-Tim Crabbe (2-2) struck out six over six shutout innings for the Blue Wahoos (22-23). Curtis Partch threw a perfect inning. Donnie Joseph struck out one and picked up his 10th save.
-SS Didi Gregorius had a hit and drove in a run. LF Yordanys Perez had three hits, including a three-run home run (2) in the eighth to put Pensacola on top for good.

Bakersfield 6 Visalia 4
-The Blaze (25-19) got seven scoreless innings from starter Chad Rogers. Daniel Wolford (4-2) was awarded the win despite giving up three earned runs on four hits in just one innings. Brian Pearl got the save (7) striking out two in a perfect ninth.
-SS Billy Hamilton was 2-5 with a double and a run scored. LF Donald Lutz went 3-5, with a double, two RBI and three runs, and also hit the go-ahead solo homer (12) in the ninth. 3B Travis Mattair immediately followed him with an insurance solo shot (7). He finished 3-5, with two doubles, the homer, two RBI, and two runs. RF Jaren Matthews added two RBI as well.

Dayton 7 Great Lakes 6
-Stalin Gerson (2-3) got the win for the Dragons (17-28), allowing three earned runs over six innings. Ryan Kemp recorded his second save, closing the game in the ninth after two runs scored with no outs against Kyle McMyne.
-CF Kurtis Muller went 3-4 with a solo jack (1), two RBI, and two runs scored. 2B Ryan Wright was 2-2 with a double, an RBI, and two runs. RF Kyle Waldrop collected two hits, a stolen base, and drove in two runs. C Yovan Gonzalez also added an RBI.
