MINOR details 8/14/12: Lutz goes nutz in Blue Wahoos win #BraunerhulkMASH

Bats (48-77), Last place International League West, 26.5 GB
-Sean Gallagher (L 9-9, 4.90) gave up four earned runs in 5.1 innings. Bill Bray threw a scoreless inning.
-3B Henry Rodriguez had two hits. 2B Chris Valaika recorded the only RBI.

Blue Wahoos (61-59, 27-24), T-2nd place Southern League South, 2.0 GB
-Chad Rogers (W 3-0, 1.59) pitched six innings of two-run baseball. Justin Freeman struck out three in a four-out save (14).
-SS Billy Hamilton doubled and drove in a run. RF Josh Fellhauer went 2-3, with a double, two RBI, and a run. 3B David Vidal knocked in a run. LF Donald Lutz was 4-5, with two home runs (5), three RBI, and three runs. C Tucker Barnhart was 3-5, with a double, an RBI, and two runs scored.

Blaze (61-59, 20-30), 4th place California League North, 8.0 GB
-Tim Crabbe gave up three earned runs over six innings. Pat Doyle (L 9-5, 5.73) took the loss, allowing the walk-off homer.
-LF Juan Duran went 3-3, with a double, an RBI, and two runs. DH Kurtis Muller had two hits and two RBI.

Dragons (51-67, 21-27), Last place Midwest League Eastern, 8.0 GB
Dayton did not have a game Tuesday night. They start a three-game series with the Lake County Captains Wednesday night at 7:00pm local time.

Mustangs (33-21, 12-4), 1st place Pioneer League North 1.0 up
-Andrew Cisco (W 3-0, 3.26) got the win, striking out four in five shutout innings. Dan Langfield threw two scoreless and Sean Lucas added one scoreless inning. Matt Wiley struck out the side in the ninth to get the save (7) and preserve the shutout victory.
-CF Beau Amaral was 2-4, with an RBI and a run. 2B Brandon Dailey tripled and drove in a run. RF Jon Matthews also tripled, while driving in and scoring a run.

Reds (15-29), 3rd place Arizona League Central, 13.5 GB
-Pedro Diaz (L 1-5, 5.08) surrendered five earned runs in three innings to suffer the loss.
-SS Humberto Valor recorded an RBI. 3B Tanner Rahier and RF Adam Matthews both doubled and drove in a run. 1B Wilfrel Estevez went 3-5, with three RBI. He then changed his name to Wilfrel Sheen. No he didn’t.
