MINOR details 8/9/12: Blue Wahoos win; Billy Hamilton gets 133

Bats (47-73), 3rd place International League West, 25.0 GB
-Sean Gallagher (L 9-8, 4.83) walked seven, allowing three earned runs in six innings to suffer the loss. Nick Christiani tossed 1.2 scoreless innings and Carlos Fisher added a scoreless inning.
-SS Didi Gregorius tripled and drove in two runs. 2B Chris Valaika also recorded an RBI.

Blue Wahoos (59-57, 2-22), 3rd place Southern League South, 1.0 GB
-Tony Cingrani struck out six over six innings of one-run baseball. Wilkin De La Rosa was perfect striking out three of the four batters he retired. Curtis Partch (W 5-4, 4.33) was awarded the win after 1.2 scoreless innings of baseball.
-SS Billy Hamilton finished 2-4, with a triple, two runs scored, and two steals (29, 133). LF Bryson Smith went 3-5, with two RBI and a run. 2B Brodie Greene drove in the winning run in the 10th.

Blaze (61-55, 20-26), 4th place California League North, 6.0 GB
-Tanner Robles (L 3-3, 2.50) gave up four total runs, three earned, in just 1.2 innings. Andrew Brackman threw the only scoreless inning.
-2B Ryan Wright had a hit and two RBI. LF Juan Duran was 2-4, with a solo home run (11).

Dragons (49-66, 19-26), Last place Midwest League Eastern, 8.5 GB
The Dragons and Lugnuts were rained out last night. They’ll make it up with a doubleheader on Friday.

Mustangs (31-19, 10-2), 1st place Pioneer League North 1.0 up
-Sal Romano (W 3-4, 5.01) tossed five shutout innings. Nick Routt struck out three over two scoreless innings. Jordan Remer and Erik Miller each pitched a scoreless inning to preserve the shutout.
-CF Beau Amaral and 3B Seth Mejias-Brean each had an RBI and a run. 1B Carlos Sanchez was 2-3, with an RBI. SS Zachary Vincej was 3-4, with two RBI and a run. 2B Taylor Wrenn also collected a rib eye.

Reds (13-26), 3rd place Arizona League Central, 10.5 GB
-Pedro Diaz (L 1-4, 4.25) took the loss, allowing one earned run over four innings. Jose Guzman and Jackson Stephens each threw a scoreless inning of relief.
-LF Brayan Arias finished 2-3, with a triple. 2B Humberto Valor, 3B Tanner Rahier, and 1B Aldi Guzman had the only other hits for the Reds.
