Meet Didi Gregorius. The 22-year old infielder made his MLB debut with the Reds on Wednesday, and thanks to this fantastic catch shown above, didn't disappoint.
Known mostly for his glove, the left-handed hitting and right-handed throwing youngster managed to put up some respectable numbers in the minors this year. In 129 games split between Double-A Pensacola and Triple-A Louisville Gregorius boasted a slash line of .265/.324/.393 with seven homers, 54 RBI, 21 doubles, 11 triples, and 70 runs scored.
He figures to be a great candidate for a backup role on next year's Reds squad.
