+ Scott Rolen may not be retiring after all. The veteran third basemen reportedly told the club that he may play in 2013, but isn't ready to make a decision quite yet. This according to a tweet from ESPN's Jayson Stark.

+ The Reds have signed utility player Emmanuel Burriss to a minor league contract, according to Matt Eddy of Baseball America. The 27-year old batted .213/.370/.221 in 150 trips to the plate last year. Eddy also reports that they have signed RHP Jeff Stevens and C Nevin Ashley as well.
+ Todd Frazier's stellar rookie campaign has pretty much allowed him to lock up a spot in the lineup for 2013, writes AJ Mass of ESPN.
+ Are you interested in seeing the latest odds from Vegas as to who will win the 2013 World Series? If so, I have got you covered. Spoiler: The Reds are tied for the seventh-best odds.
