Video: Watch Jay Bruce smash a two-run homer deep to right

For those of you who missed the Reds edge out the Athletics, 6-5, Wednesday afternoon because you were stuck at work, or for those who did and just want to watch the best parts over again, feast your eyes on this two-run homer launched by Jay Bruce.

Bruce tattooed an offering from Oakland's Bartolo Colon in the bottom of the third and deposited the pitch into the netting that hangs over the visiting bullpen for his 24th round-tripper of the season.

Bruce's longball on Wednesday moved him into a tie with Phillies outfielder Domonic Brown for the fourth-most home runs in the National League. Only three seperate the duo from the league leader, Pittsburgh's Pedro Alvarez, who has 27.

The 26-year-old Bruce also blasted a home run on Tuesday.
