Jeff Brantley said on WLW that Phillips was on the plane with him. Expects him at Redsfest. #reds

After several weeks of wavering, part of it likely due to the crazy amount of trade speculation revolving around him, it appears Brandon Phillips will be at Redsfest after all.
John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer tweets that Phillips was on same plane as Reds broadcaster Jeff Brantley and that both have the same destination.
Phillips has not missed one Redsfest since joining the Reds in 2006. But that streak seemed to be in jeopardy this year before general manager Walt Jocketty tried to patch things up with the All-Star second basemen via phone earlier this week, which Jocketty claims to have told Phillips that the Reds are no longer shopping him. However, Jocketty didn't completely rule out the possibility of trading the 32-year-old veteran, either.
But for the time being, both Phillips and the Reds seem willing to put the past behind them, to focus on delivering a great annual event for fans this weekend at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
