Video: Jay Bruce highlights from 2013

It's hard to believe that Jay Bruce is still only 26-years-old.

The native Texan will be entering his seventh big league season come 2014 after establishing himself as one of the premier outfielders in the league. And empirical evidence suggests he is only primed to get better in the future. But it won't be easy to top some of the things he has already done.

By some accounts, Bruce's 2013 campaign may have been the best of his young career. The left-hander tallied career highs in hits (164), runs batted in (109), doubles (43), games played (160), runs scored (89), and Wins Above Replacement (5.1). His individual showing this year culminated to a 10th-place finish in MVP voting and a Silver Slugger award, too.

For your viewing pleasure, here is a highlight reel chalked full of some of Bruce's best plays from the 2013 season, courtesy of an uploader on YouTube.
