What odds does Las Vegas give the Reds to win the World Series?

World Series Odds

It's been nearly five months since the Cincinnati Reds last played a baseball game. On Wednesday, that will change as the Reds battle the Cleveland Indians at Goodyear Ballpark.

With offseason signings, releases, and trades behind us, we now have a pretty good idea of what the roster will look like in 2014. Thus, giving the gambling-minded oddsmakers in Las Vegas more to work with when it comes to prognosticating the season.

So, how does Bryan Price's club stack up against the rest of baseball? Well, let's see. Bovada gives the Reds 15/4 odds to win the division, 10/1 odds to win the pennant, and 22/1 odds to win the World Series. Essentially, they are tied with the Pirates for second-best odds in the division, have the sixth-best odds to capture the NLCS, and 13th-best odds to win it all.
