Photo: A depiction of what opening day means to Cincinnati

An announced crowd of 43,134 made its way through the Great American Ball Park turnstiles Monday afternoon to watch the Reds battle the Cardinals on Opening Day. However, there were countless more who took off from work or school and packed the streets of downtown Cincinnati in celebration of one of the most anticipated sports day of the season.

This photo posted to the Reds official Instagram account serves as a visual demonstration of just how much Opening Day means to the Queen City. There's just nothing else like it.
